No clubs or sign-ups needed. Just choose what you need and check out like any other online shop.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, and NDIS payment methods (Plan and Self-managed).
Are you NDIS approved?
Yes! we are proudly NDIS-registered through our parent company, Kinship Uniting Services. We’re here to help you stretch your budget and get the care products you deserve.
What if I order the wrong item?
Just contact us within 30 days. We’ll sort out an exchange or refund — no fuss. For unopened packages.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver Australia-wide.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $199. For orders under that, it’s a flat $9.95 single pack anywhere in Australia.
How quickly do you deliver?
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 24 hours (Mon–Fri). You'll get a tracking link once it's on the road.

What is Never Run Out?
It’s our optional auto-delivery program. Choose how often you’d like products delivered — and never worry about running low. Just email us and we will set it up for you.
How do I order with Never Run Out?
Just send us a quick email. That’s it!
I’m concerned you’ll keep sending me products and I won’t be able to stop it.
Don’t worry. You’re always in control. You can pause, change, or cancel anytime — no lock-in, no pressure.
Can I change my Never Run Out order?
Yes, you can update your items, delivery frequency or skip a shipment anytime.
How can I pay for Never Run Out orders?
Recurring payments are charged via website or bank tranfer on your chosen schedule. NDIS self-managed users can use invoices too.
Do I need to remember when my next order is?
Nope! We’ll send you a friendly reminder a few days before your next order is due.
Can I order multiple items on multiple schedules?
Absolutely. Each item can have its own delivery schedule. Easy as.
